Judy Privett, on GoogleTracyDuvall is the receptionist at this center and she has always been welcoming and efficient. Today was no exception. After she had cleaned the aids, she asked about any concerns I had. She then said she would take care of it. She took me in to the inner office and made contact with Dr. Altman who directed her in solving my concern. I was surprised that she had no problem in working with Dr Altman. She was confident and very competent. I definitely feel good about her effort and am even more impressed that today she was the receptionist as well as the hearing tech. You are fortunate to have her as your employee.
